How do I get rid of Windows 2000?

I have always been using Windows 98 until someone installed Windows 2000 by mistake. Luckily, they chose to install over and NOT upgrade. So at the moment I have a Dual boot type thing where I can choose whether to boot Windows 2000 or Windows 98. Now the thing is I want to get rid of Windows 2000.
