How do I change the drive letter?

I just cannot find how to change the drive letter on the CD-ROM and my external drives... I need to make my burner drive :E

First, you must have admin rights for Win2000 Pro.
Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management. When CM is open, click the Disk Managment folder. You will get a list of all hard drives and cdrom drives, etc. Right click on CDROM drive and you should have option to "change drive letter"
