How can I run an application on a remote computer running windows 9x/NT/2000 ?
I have full access to it remotely not local.

you need to have some type of remote control software such as pcanywhere or vnc; pcanywhere is big and expensive but works pretty well; vnc is freeware (from at&t) and is quite small

either of these programs (and there are others) will allow you to take control of the remote pc and run any applications that want, etc.

You can use Terminal Services. (from Microsoft).

Just install it in "Remote adm. mode"
It can be a bit tricky to setup, but I have seen it work!

reexec.exe is ms remote execute command im no expert on how to use it but u might try there web site support page for info on it
