There is a command in the win2k command prompt that does this in seconds. Cant remember the caommand (convert maybe?) but all the command and how to use them are in the windows help file.

It's supposed to be quite a bit more secure as well as making more efficient use of the drive space.

At the command prompt type

C: /FS:NTFS /V

I used C: drive but you would have to use which ever drive letter you are converting!

I think that command is

convert x: /fs:ntfs

where x is the letter of your drive
