How can I boot up my w2k system in DOS?

I need to acces my hard drive 27 gigs. I am having trouble getting my disk to load the operating system. Hard drive spins and led works, auto detect and everything configured ok. Please any thing would be appreciated. Where can I download a win 98 start up disk? Email me akiross@outgun.com

Thanks,
Dave
