go to the home page of computing.net and do a search on this topic there will be alot of people that have the same problem

i have had the same problem several times and have tried all of the adware fixes to no avail although there is one that i have not tried and is found in the microsoft support website

the pc's i worked on have been reformated
so i don't know if the microsoft fix works or not

if it does then repost and let us know

Go to google and search for "Hijackthis", and get it, once downloaded extract it or copy it (if not compressed) to a directory in c: named Hijackthis, next run it and click on scan, then click on save log, name it and save it, then post it here, i'll tell you how to fix it without reformatting your pc.

If you decide to post the hijackthis log.

shut off the startup programs that you dont need so you can eliminate the clutter.

I have seen all of the post that did not work.

hijack this only worked in conjunction with the microsoft support fix.

hijack this did not work alone because this adware attaches itself to random .dll files

this is how it rebuilds itself and is very hard to get rid of.

Somone that had the same problem as you posted this.

anyway I wouldn't be telling you to do this if I didn't know how to fix it, it has happened to me, I've been there.
