History Folder?

I have been researching Computing.net to find an answer as to why I cannot empty my History folder. I have searched my system and cannot find a folder named History anywhere. On Win2K does a History folder exist,is it different, or could it be deleted? If so can it be replaced?

It's in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME HERE\Local Settings\History\....Mike
