Help with my toolbar problem!

i know it stupid to ask but i am having a problem. my toolbar is tuck on the side of my screen and i want it to be at he bottom of my screen how do i do that?

Right-click on the toolbar.

Uncheck 'Lock the Taskbar'.

Left-click and drag the toolbar to where you want it.

Right-click and check 'Lock the Taskbar'.

Go to "view"

then click on "toolbars"

then uncheck "lock the toolbars"

and then you should be able to move it freely as you wish
