Help! Sound Card doesnt!

Ok, I have an Diamond Monster Sound MX300 Sound card and it doesnt seem to work on my Window 2000 computer. The werid thing is that it works for a bit, then it just Stops working.. But the driver are not right. I cant not seem to find the right drivers for it. And Windows doesnt seem to find the card at all..! HELP

Guess you could try it, but my suggestion is to get another card...
