Ok i have this mp3 player and it was working but then i formatted it or something and it changed to a RAW file system cuz when i try and do Format e: in cmd promt it says cannont format RAW drive or sumthing unknown i cant format it..ever program i try and use it says drive not ready...but when i do try and use media recover it sees the capacity when i go to recover but when i go click format. it brings up windows format screen and the disk size is unknown capacity. how come that program can read the capacity and windows cant. properties of that drive is 0used 0free file system: unknown. its a MP3 so its a removable drive...any1 know how to do this..

When you use the management software to format the memory inside the MP3 player, do not close the application, or you won’t be able to find the MP3 player in your PC when re-open the application. This is because the formatting process has deleted some of the system information in the memory. You can disconnect and re-plug it again to solve the problem.

When experiencing difficulties turning on your Mp3 players, please try the following steps: 1. After pressing the “Reset” button, hold the “Play” button for 3-5 sec to check if the MP3 player is turn on. 2. If the above solution does not work, please use the provided USB cable to connect to your PC, and repeat the first step again until the MP3 player shows the connecting status. Then, use the PC format tool to format the player. (For details on formatting, please refer to the user manual.)
