If all you want to do is resize the Clusters, then get partition Magic 5.02 (DOS command line) or Version 6.0 (windows GUI).
That application allows you to manipulate partitions on the fly without resintalling. Change Cluster size, decrease, increase partition sizes, etc.

Best and easiest way to do is using a dos 6.2 bootable diskette. Put the floppy on any windows 95 machine and right click and format the machine with copy system files options. bootup the pc using the disk and at the a:\ type fdisk. Select option4 to view the partitions. Once decided delete the partition and then you can create. Once created you can format the partition. But W2k will allow you to reformat itself if you boot using the w2k pro cd. Select the option repair and then delete the partiton and then create and format using FAT ot NTFS

Beware, when i resized the clusters on one of my 45GB, not only did it take about 5 hours, but it also left several several cross-lined files at the end of the drive. Nothing fixes those files, you just get a bunch of corrupt files. Beware of doing this, best thing to do is just reformat it using PQ Magic 6.
