I'm just learning Exchange 5.5, and I am testing a server I just built. My problem is that when I recieve an email, unless I delete it, it will continue to go into my inbox everytime I hit "send/recieve". So if I don't delete it, I end up having like 10 of the same messages in my inbox....Any ideas on how to stop this? I think it must be a setting on the server, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks

From what you describe it sounds that you are using a client such as out look express using pop3.
This protocol will contact the exchange server and pull the mail to a local .pst file. But this is not removed from the server (If not set-up correctly!) so every time you connect to the server using send/receive mail it will pull down the same messages.
What you want to do (as you are local to the server) is to install the full blown outlook and install the cooperate/workgroup option.
I could bore you all night on the way exchange works but the easy solution is to install the cooperate/workgroup option within outlook
