I run Exchange 2000 Server and Outlook Web Access Clients. Someone help me please with how users can change their passwords when they log into their mailbox. Whenever they do this using the Change Password button in Option, we get a "Page cannot be dsplayed" message.

Yeah, thanks Tom. I have been able to find that out. But how do I go about using SSL?
Is there a Software that can help me set up SSL without much stress. I hear Outlook Web Access 2000 Plus Pack can help do it, but I'm still searching for where I can get to download it on Microsoft Website.
Do u have link I can use?

This problem is crazy, I mean if I want to submit clear text passwords I should be able to.!! I believe there is some hacking about you can do to make it work without SSL :-) but its not recommended, and I am not that sure on how to do it. We have a full exchange domain and I find this site very good http://www.msexchange.org
If you want the Microsoft docs on this problem check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q268419
also SSL will install with IIS when you have a certificate, but it will be a few hundred bux for one...check out http://www.verisign.com/ they have some demo ones you can try too.
Hope that kind of helps
i dont know about OWA plus pack? maybe they are talking about SP3 for exchange?!

Summary: Are you *sure* that the setting is done? What you did was the right way, indeed, and there should be no way it should act like that. The only way I could see that happening is if a Policy/GPO is in ...
