I'm trying to load .Net but I get the following message: The procedure entry point HeapSetInformation could not be located in the dll Kernel32.dll
Any ideas what's causing this and how to fix it, please?

Yes - You're right. I followed up on the Windows Update website and found something called "Update Rollup 1" for SP4. The .Net load has now worked. Thanks for your help.
