Hi,I've got a problem with my AC'97 sound driver for Intel and my network adapter (realtek, fast ethernet adapter)because they seem not to work very well together.
When I listen to music and being online at the same time IE and all music and video freezes after a while!(must reboot)
I have messed some in bios but I doesn't help.
This is from system information:
[Conflicts/Sharing]

Resource Device
IRQ 9 Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System
IRQ 9 Realtek RTL8139(A) PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
IRQ 9 Intel(r) 82801AA USB Universal Host Controller
IRQ 9 AC'97 Driver for Intel(r) 82801AA Controller
Please help
Thanx

Ginge215, absolutely right.
User, try going to device manager (right click My Computer, Properties, Hardware, Device Manager). Find your sound card and right click, choose properties, then the Rescources tab. If there is a conflict it will say so on this page. You can uncheck the box to use automatic settings and then use Change Settings until you find one that shows no conflicts.
Hope this helps.

I agree with ChrisE and ginge215. Firstly I agree with ChrisE to look in device manager for conflicts - also the solution offered may well sort out your problem.

And I agree also with ginge215 - people come here for help - not the deranged ravings of a 5 year old who is clearly up past their bedtime!

For those of you reading this post now, it may not make sense. Suffice to say there was an offensive reply posted in response to this query which was reported to the moderators and has now been removed.

It does say the device is working properly but in system info that I paste before it says there a conflict.(see above post)
Most likely between my network card and the soundcard because it happens when I'm online(connected) and listening to music at the same time.
There's no problem when I'm just listening to music or surf!
Question is how to fix it?
My guess it's something I must change in bios.
