I am trying to create an account (preferably guest or user) that can access basic fcts. like internet and instant messenger, but for some reason, any of the accounts i have tried to create (user, power user, guest) will not browse the internet. IE will open, but immediately come up with "can't find page." I have Win 2000, w/ an NTFS drive. My admin accts. can access internet.
