I wish to implement a group policy for specific groups within my active directory. I have only been able to implement this for all users. How can I implement this for specific groups/users?

It shaoul be able to be done.
Glen, He could try putting those users into a new OU and applying the policy he wants to that OU and blocking inheritence at that level

No, it can't be done. Period. The security policy is domain wide. You can not create a seperate password policy for an OU. Period.

Thats really strange because I just finished watching a training video that said it could be.
The example it gave was: the domain admin creates a password policy of min 6 characters that will be propergate down through the domain.
If a delegated OU administrator sets the password policy to say 3 characters minimum, and selects BLOCK INHERITANCE the OU policy will be applied. because this is closer to the computer than the domain policy
To prevent OU admins from compromising domain security by setting a least restrictive policy, the domain admin can select NO OVERRIDE this will negate BLOCK INHERITANCE at the OU level
This setting will then ensure the domain policy is applied
