Hi, I set up a group policy to allow automatic updates for the computers in my domain. I set it for everyday at 2:00pm.
The problem is; when a regular user is logged on there is no windows update icon showing in the task bar, but when i log on as an admin for the domain or local admin then the windows update icon appears in the taskbar informing me of updates ready to install.
Why is only the admin accounts getting this update notification?
if an admin is not logged on at 2:00pm will the updates be installed?
I configure allow non-administrators to receive automatic updates!!
