graphics card on irq 16

i know that the irqs above 15 are simply vectores that use the irqs below 15. i have a geforce 3 ti500 and its set itself up as irq 16. when i run games and most other programs that run in 3d my comp freazes. the card is suppose to be on irq 11 how can i change it with win 2k
