GPO + Wallpaper

Hi guys, i want to have all the other pc's in my house to have the same walpaper and they are not allowed to change it also. Could anyone be of assistance, thank you. I have a 2000 server, and xp clients..

Yes change the group policy settings simple as that. You allready have given the answer yourself

Well, thats the problem, there is no setting to change.. so i need help.. go look , the only wallpaper changes you can make is for active desktop.. not normal wallpaper changes...

Yes, thats exactly where i went.
User configuration, administrative templates, Desktop, active desktop.
And like i sayd this is only for when you are using the active desktop... Do you know what is the active DESKTOP?
If i am wrong here i apologize, and would love it if you could help me step by step , just like i explained the above..

I know i can dissable them from changing the wallpaper. But i want to sit here on the server and specify which wallpaper must be there..
