Getting KMODE_EXCEPTIONS_UNHANDLED

OS: WIN2KSERVER
CPU/Ram: 512 MB RAM
Comment:

installed Win2k SP4 even then getting 0x0000001E ( 0xC0000005, 0X00000000 ,0X00000000) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED AND HALTS THE MACHINE when trying to shut down normally.

When unistalling usb/sound card drivers from device manager i get the above error and an address in portcls.sys . how to reinstall / reload portcls.sys .

if possbile get a fresh copy of portcls.sys from another machine or just re-install the concerned application

It did not solve the problem of getting the KMODE exception while shutting down the machine and it does not halt had to power off the machine
