I recently adquired an Genius HR7 USB Scaner, and I'm having a singular problem... I installed the whole application and drivers, without a problem, but, after a short time of use, the scaner just stops responding... It acuses a lost conection on usb port, but, if I try to turn it off and reconect, both, USB cable or energy, W2k reboots... I really don't have a clue, since the driver is projected to W2k, and I have already installed all disponible patchs on the Geniusnet site... Does anyone have an idea of what the hell is going on? The motherboard is a Asus CUV4X, chipset VIA.
