OK all, i just bought a Hercules 3D Prophet II MX from stapls and am trying to install on my win2k machine, i get the error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" the card is nested snuggly in its agp port and i have updated win2k compatable drivers installed anyone know why this is happening to me ?!?

I have the same card and it rocks. All I can suggest is pulling it out and re-seating it. Did you get the 6.34 drivers from Hercs site? They also have a help forum there for their products.

Yes i have been told that it rocks... i have tryed reseating it and i am gunna try the gerc help forums... all i cn think of is that i got a bum card

Yes, it's possible that you just got a lemon. I would try to exchange it right away if you can. Staples is usually pretty good about that. Just tell them you've tried everything and even tried it on another machine with Win98 and Win2k and it still wouldn't work.
