My dell latitude has developed a prob with the DVD drive (won't play dvd or cd and does not show as connected in Control panel) I ran Norton Doctor and was told I am missing file gapi32.dll. The file is in another folder and I read on a BB that it should be in winnt\system32 folder. Could this be the source of my problem or should I be looking for a driver for the DVD drive or some other tech prob? Thanks
