I did a full backup of C drive and attempted to restore it to a new clean install of W2K on another partition. All the files were transferred but the desktop was not the same and all my programs had to be reinstalled. Kind of like the mover leaving all your furniture in the driveway of your new home. How can I accomplish a full restore so that the computer is as it was before the backup? Thanks.
