Just take the IIS ftp server on your win2k box and go into it's properties and set the "home directory" to c:\inetpub\wwwroot (that's the default IIS Web Server's root directory)
or set it to whatever your IIS web server's root directory is.
then when you ftp into it you'll have access to the right files.
later! sanctity :)
