Hi everybody,
A friend of mine gave me the FTP address of our website in order to update it. I am able to connect the server but cannot access the folders within the domain. Once the internet explorer window appears it stays blank and the following message is displayed:
An error occured opening that folder on the FTP server. Make sure you have permission to access that folder. Details: 200 Type set to A. 200 PORT command successful. 425 Can't build data connection: No route to host.
I already asked my friend to check folders permission and he answered me there was no problem. Can anybody help ?

no this is a regognised problem by microsoft. the only work around is to create empty folders in the root of the ftp directory with the same name as the virtual folders set up in the ftp program. ive had this problem myself and it works !
