Hi,
I need a help to find a problem in my W2K server, FTP and WWW services stops intermittently, you should login in the server and using Exception Monitor try to find what domain is causing the problem.

I have the same problem and I desactivated the sound card and now is working better. Tray it ! I fink you must to find a new flash for the mother board. Sorry for my english.
