frequent restarts while booting

My server restarts itself while booting... Tried everything under the sun. changed RAM, processor, display card, heat sink, HDD cable, and tried to reinstall OS too on a new HDD. Nothing worked.... I can't think of loosing all the installed software etc. Please help.

Hi, I had the same problem, eventually I went into the cmos and set the cmos to factory default and all funtioned fine... try this it might work for u too.

Sounds to me like you need a new mother board does it give you any spacific errors when it reboots
