Freezing

My Comp freezes up a lot when i go on it. Probably about 10 times a day through out the WHOLE day, i don't run too many programs on it for it to freeze as much as it should. What should i do and/or what is my problem??

That depends, how much RAM do you have? Consider upgrading RAM, make sure you don't have many programs running that your not using. It might help if you gave a little more info on your system as well.

The first thing I would ask you is, have you added any new hardware or software to your computer, how much free resources do you have left, does the problem appear after the computer is on for a length of time or is it intermittent..

you could have a bunch of programs running in the background or have some hardware problems. if you recently installed new hardware then make shure you uninstall any old hardware that isnt used.

Though it's a basic suggestion, have you tried doing error checking on your hard disk to see if that resolves it?
