Hi Members
Just joined today and have finally decided the only way to learn programming is to study. I am a very experienced PC user (built my own system). I am looking for a free online tutorial that teaches me Visual Basic for Windows 2000. I would like to download a free version of Visual Basic but can't seem to find a respectable site that has the free download that will work with Windows 2000. Visual Basic 8 express requires Win XP or Vista. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a complete visual basic package that is a free download for windows 2000?
The links I have found that offer Visaul basic for win 2k are too cryptic and not explaining clearly all I need to learn visual basic. Please advise a good place to start. Thank you for your time.
