I need some help, First I installed win2k on my harddisk with 3 partitions. Win2k on c drive, d drive as storage and e drive was for windows XP. I formatted it off in the Win2k computer management. Therefore my E drive is empty but I still have to select the OS at startup. How do I remove the XP selection from the startup and just boot up to win2k automatically?

Thanks

You could edit the Boot.ini file manually, or you could do it the safe way by...

right-clicking on My Computer and get properties. Click the Advanced tab and click on the Startup and Recover button at the bottom. Select the Windows 2000 as the default OS and uncheck the Display list of operating systems option.
