My old computer guy set my Administrator password over a year ago, and I can not remember what it was. I am looking for help on how to override this option so I can add new hardware(aka a new Printer). I am able to log on using the user name End User... not sure that will help Thanks for the help in advance BLR

No reason to be short about it. She's probably a new poster. There are various applications to recover a lost Admin password on NT/XP/2000 machines. A few such programs are BartPE and ERD Commander. A copy of ERD Commander 2005 should be easy to find on the Internet, just be sure that you...you know, get it legally. ;-) ERD Commander WOULD be your best bet, as it has a very simple User Interface, very user friendly - and the LockSmith program bundled into it has about a 99% chance of working. So yeah, it rocks, go get it. :D
