I am wanting to disable duplexing from being turned off in our lab. The network printers are shared out off of a Windows 2000 server. Since duplexing is a printing preference and can be enabled and disabled in this manner on each machine, is there a way to disable the printing preferences so that users can not change them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can do that at the Server level by adjusting the permissions on each printer. However, what if users don't want to print duplex? They should have the option. I don't recommend that you change it.
