Folder that I cannont delete

I wanted to know how to delete a directory in my C: For some reason it says that I dont have access to the folder, even when I'am logged on as administrator...what can I do?? This folder is also not compressed.

Try to take ownership of the file, and then try to delete it. That should work. If not is it posible that the file in the folder is in use (a running program)?

I take it that you aren't talking about your "system volume information" folder (WIN2K). If you are then the OS needs it, so best leave it alone !
