Hi Mike

Is it opening up in Windows Explorer ?
Try this...

Run REGEDIT and go to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

Look in the right pane for an entry called DesktopProcess.

Delete it and reboot.

Good luck

Stay out of the registry if you're not sure what you're doing. If you decide to go ahead and edit the registry, make a backup before any changes are made so you can recover, if necessary.
