I moved my pc from 1 place to another and now the monitor is "wavy" on the sides. Have I ruined the monitor or is there a setting that I can adjust? My monitor is a Viewsonic G790, the refresh frequency is 75 HZ. Everything is set up exactly the same as it was at the old location. I have went through the trouble shooting section and nothing seems to help.

Make sure the monitor is not near a mains power or an electic heat source or has a fan running near it.
Also move monitor back to original position and see if the flicker goes away.

Also, make sure your monitor is not sitting too close to anything magnetic (including unshielded speakers). Magnetic fields will produce that wavy effect on a monitor screen.
