I AM USING WIN2000 PROFESSIONAL . WHEN I PLUG MP4 OR DOUBLE PARTITION PEN DRIVE, ONLY
ONE DRIVE WILL APPEAR.

Did you look in Disk Management to see if both partitions show there?

What formats are both partitions?
