use the following command. It will tell you a lot information about the IP setting ipconfig OR ipconfig/all

I have a problem. I am using ICq and someone try to connect my computer.This gay entered by friend computer and he disturbed his ICQ database then damage his computer.Now same gay said thet ,this is my turn.He will try to connect my ICQ database and computer. I know his ICQ nick name, but I can't find his IP adress. Can someone help me to find this guy. ýt is really important and dangerous subject for me and my friend.Because that gay still try to connect my friend computer and send messages from ICQ with bad language.
