I'm having issues installing Filemaker Pro 5.5 on a new Windows 2000 machine. I've succefully installed from the same FMP CD on another Win2000 machine, so it must be local issue. Here's what happens: I install on the Win2000 machine logged in as admin, and the install goes fine, i enter the proper serial number and all goes fine. But when I try to run the program, it just does absolutely nothing. There's a short pause and then nothing. It's as if I never tried to launch the program. I've done several uninstall/ re-installs and restarted the machine, but to no avail. Any ideas?
