I also am having problems running my Cannon Scanner (fb620u) after recently installing Windows ME. When I try to access Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition, I get an error message "shell32.dll file is linked to missing export SHLWAPI.DLL.SHCreatestreamonfile". I am in no way very computer savy, all I know is that I didn't have a problem like this when I was using Windows 98. Can anyone help? (I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, unplugged and replugged the scanner, and rebooted the computer.) Help!
