favorites missing in IE6

hi, recently when i click favorites in IE6 all that shows up is gray and I also can't add any favorites now. I found the favorites folder on my hard drive but can't access it from IE6. any help would be appreciated!

perhapes you moved either the favorites folder or the contents of the favorites. Check and se if the location of the folder. Like my windows 2000 is installed on e:. My user name is goku so my favories is e:\Documents and Settings\Goku\Favorites.
