Greetings, I administer a LAN with about 120 computers on a domain running WIN2K. Recently I have had about 10-15 users come to me with a strange fatal error they keep receiving on there computers. The fatal error reads:
"[no create] rwfactory: no create function for class with id 1115"
I have no clue what this error means and how to fix it. I see no correlation with any of the user’s computers. Most of our computers have SP2-SP4. I have seen several of the computers with this error with SP2 and SP4 so I don’t think it’s an update issue. This error seems to arise mostly when doing something with printing. We have several printers map with a logon script. On a users computer experiencing this error, when I try to delete or look at permissions for any printer I also receive this fatal error.
