EZ-Bios Prevent Installing win 2000

HI:I used EZ-Bios(Data life Guard)V 2.8 From western digital To Partition/Format/Copy my data From an old HDD(6.4 gig WD ) to a new one (60Gig WD 7200RPM) & now I cannot Install win 2000 or win XP on it I was wondering If there anyway To Install win2000/XP thanks .
