I am trying to install a Freecom FHD2-Pro 80Gb USB HDD under Win2000. The O/S initially recognises the device but Device Manager reports the following error "the device cannot start (code 10)". I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling etc to no avail.

Can anyone help ??

Thanx.

If you have a MBoard with USB 2.0 controllers you still need SP3 or later to run USB2.0.
