hi there. what i would like to do is export exchange global address list to either contacts or PAB, so that offsite users have a updated running list of the contacts off exchange server contacts. im no expert with exchange but what i have tried is to copy the contacts from gobal address list into a contacts folder in another pst file. when i take the pst and open it on a portable pc for example and copy over the contacts to the internet mail configured account it does not pick up the email addresses. i can see the contacts with the email addresses but it doesnt recognize the contacts to allow emaling to any of them. i figure there is a proper way to export exchange email addresses to internet mail pop id's? thanks for any help given!

Do an export of the Contacts folder into a csv file. Then, import that csv file into the pst file where you want the contacts located.
