I am getting a C:\Winnt\Explorer.exe error. Function address 0x4f4c49f9 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0x0000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed. I am getting this every time I try to go into the printer properties for a certain printer. It is happening on 2 pc's configured the same. The printer is a networked printer. Doesn’t do it on other printers. And only to these two pc's. Any ideas??
thank you

Warren

I have similar problem. After i install driver update (hp printer software released on August 22 204) in Windows 2003 server update Hp network printers (1300n, 2300n, 2420n) print few blank pages. Other printers Lexmark, older Hp Lj print OK. I delete drivers and ports and reinstall printers with new drivers.
