"The instruction 0x77fcc73c [sometimes 0x77fcb6a3] referenced memory at 0x00640005c [sometimes 0xfffffff8]. The memory could not be 'read'. Click OK to terminate..." This is the error message my wife is getting over and over, and it's an error with explorer.exe. Any ideas? Thanks.
