Explorer.exe Error!

When I start my PC, I always get this Explorer.exe error message.All icons on my desktop are not shown.Please help me.

I recently had a similiar error. My user profile had become corrupt. You can verify this by logging into your admin account, creating a new user for yourself, then logging into the new user account and back about again. If these steps can be done without getting the explorer.exe errors then your user profile is probably corrupt.
I would then suggest you use the new login and copy over all your files to it from the old one.

Thanks for the reply.Yes, i was able to login with my admin account without having this error. I will try your suggestion.
