I recently had a similiar error. My user profile had become corrupt. You can verify this by logging into your admin account, creating a new user for yourself, then logging into the new user account and back about again. If these steps can be done without getting the explorer.exe errors then your user profile is probably corrupt. I would then suggest you use the new login and copy over all your files to it from the old one.
