Hello,

Everytime when I try to open the Window Explorer, I cannot open it, and I will get an error window popup.
Then I need to close it. The error message is "The instruction at "0x0354fcd0" referenced memory at "0x0354fcd0". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program or Click on CANCEL to debug the program." Can someone tell me how to fix the problem? Thanks.

Best Regards,
Lin

That sounds like an anti virus software message - specifically eTrust inoculateIT. I have seen this message several times when working on machines that use this software. How to stop it, however, I have never looked into.

I started getting this same error yesterday as well. I am currently looking for a solution. Lets work together on resolving this. So far, Norton hasn't helped. Going to try McAfee next.

Should you find a solution to the problem, please let me know. I am having the same problem on an AMD Athlon 1.050 GhZ system with Windows 2K Professional.

THE PROBLEM -

The instruction at "0x02d41cbe" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program. Click CANCEL to debug the program.
